Jump Start your day with intention and focus!
Many people jump out of bed in the morning and hit the floor running. Already they have a list of things to do and places to go. Their minds are racing a million miles a minute. They try to speed themselves up with plenty of caffeine and sugar. No wonder they find themselves crashing midway through the day! They lack focus and concentration and can barely make it through the day. Arriving home they collapse in front of the TV “to relax” they say.
