Studies have shown that spending a few minutes a day in a deep state of relaxation will help you develop better clarity and focus. This will allow you to “see” clearly. You will move though your day with a gentle focus. Suddenly life will no longer become the roller coaster but instead will turn into a gentle flowing stream. Life will become “fun” again as you experience the power of flow.

 

You will reduce anxiety attacks by lowering levels of blood lactate.

Your mood will improve as you increase serotonin production which influences mood and behavior. Low levels of serotonin are associated with depression, obesity, insomnia and headaches.
