Have time carved out every day just for you.

Only volunteer if you really want to. Nobody wants a martyr.

Let go of the way you think it should be.

Inside of you is where you will find all the right answers. Spend some time there.

Don’t hold your feelings inside. Find an appropriate place to release.

Allow yourself to be happy

Yell in your car if you need to release steam.

 

Sing to yourself and anyone else who will listen.

Trade places in your mind with someone to see their point of view.

Remember to breathe!

Eat with full conscious that there WILL be a tomorrow.

Satisfy yourself by taking care of your body. Have a massage!

Select what traditions you want to keep.

 

Stay in the present!

Open to new ideas and traditions

Love your body by feeding it healthy food, exercising and getting plenty of rest.

Understand that sometimes people behave badly and it has nothing to do with you.

Take lots of deep breaths.

Invite family members to come up with new solutions to conflict.

Obligations are only obligations if you have no choice.

Negotiate with family to find a win/win
