The Stress Hardy Program begins with an in depth assessment of stress factors, The Coping and Stress Profile. This profile has been used by thousands of people worldwide. An individualized plan of action is created to build stress hardy traits, individual coaching sessions and weekly monitoring of action steps that make up the plan. Participants will have access to short online audio recordings that provide instruction and exercises on stress resilience.
What Is Stress Hardy?
Stress hardy is when you are aware of negative stress and when you are aware of the feedback that you are receiving from body and mind and you are responding accordingly. As such a stress hardy person learns how to back off before the stress begins to undermine productivity and creativity. A stress hardy person is a valuable employee/family member because he/she manages his/her responsibilities effectively, without allowing stress to reduce productivity and cloud his/her vision of reality.
Following a Map
When you have a good map to follow it is much easier to arrive at your destination. Other programs talk about stress and tell you what you need to do; but fall short when it comes to showing you how to make the changes. With the 30 day action plan based on their own individual stressors participants learn to apply positive methods in response to stress. Stress Hardy Audio Recordings.
The Program includes audio recordings which consist of instruction on stress management and on developing stress hardy attitude. These short units of training or instruction range from about 8 minutes to 12 minutes in length. They can be thought of as readily-available stress breaks. The just-in-time audio minis on stress reduction topics are short bursts of training in an MP3 format that can be used on cell phones, iPods, and PCs. Audio recordings will be made available to program participants.
